Dear customers,
This service is intended for all TOSHIBA notebook users. The service can be ordered by completing the Internet form (see above). On the basis of this form, our forwarding contractor, PPL CZ, will collect your defective notebook (within 48 hours on working days) and deliver it to our service centre. After your notebook has been repaired, you will be notified at your contact address and the notebook will be returned to you by the forwarding service.
To avoid any damage during transport, we recommend sending the notebook in its original packing. If you no longer have the original packing, wrap it carefully to keep it safe from knocks (put padding firmly in the box on all sides so that the notebook cannot move around).The consignment is insured by the forwarder against loss and damage, but the packing must meet the requirements for safe transport.
