Contractual terms for ordering repairs
Repair order
A repair is ordered using the completed form. Please note and agree to the terms listed below (validity from 01/03/2009):
- HW will be diagnosed for defects specified by the customer
- warranty repairs of notebooks - transportation free of charge, pickup service free of charge
- out-of-warranty repairs of notebooks - the customer will be charged 180 CZK for transportation costs or 360 CZK for pickup service TRANSPORT - for out-of-warranty repairs of notebooks and Toshiba options you will be charged 180 CZK incl. VAT
- option repairs - the customer deliver the device to service, the device will be delivered back free of charge
- where a SW problem is diagnosed, the customer will be charged 950 CZK + 19% VAT, for the diagnosis.
- If a priority diagnosis or priority repair is requested, the additional charge will be 950 CZK + 19% VAT
- The term for carrying out the warranty repair commences on the takeover day, when an employee of CSF, s.r.o. takes over the equipment from the customer or forwarder.
- Please note the operating documents of PPL CZ, s.r.o., the forwarding company http://www.ppl.cz.
- CSF, s.r.o. does not guarantee the correctness of data stated on the equipment, being repaired.
- In accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on several services of the information society, please approve/disapprove of our sending you business communications by electronic means. Please tick your choice in the main form.

Sending this order institutes a commercial relationship between the customer and CSF, s.r.o., which is governed by the provisions of the Commercial and the Civil Codes.
